My name is Winson Chung and I am a recent graduate of the University of Toronto, majoring in Computer Science (Software Engineering Specialty, May 2007). I finished my year-long PEY Internship at Autodesk Toronto (formerly Alias Systems) working on Maya 8.0/8.5 (Sept. 2005 - Aug. 2006), as well as a post-grad internship at Pixar Animation Studios in Emeryville, CA (May 2007 - Nov. 2007).

Currently, I am working at a small startup company called BumpTop, developing technology to help people better make use of the mess that is often their virtual desktops!

Outside of work, I enjoy a swimming (TI/long distance), biking (exploring the city), creating art, taking photographs (also in the gallery), underwater basket weaving (haha, just kidding here), and reading (anything and everything at the moment).

mesopixel.com is my personal sandbox; a place for me to work, play, and update others on my frequent thoughts and ideas. The site was written with usability and accessibility in mind, but most importantly, to be standards compliant (W3C valid XHTML 1.0 and CSS). Various parts of the site use Javascript in order to enhance the user experience, while the whole site currently runs on a PHP/MySQL backend being hosted at Dreamhost. If you have problems viewing the site, please update your browser (recommended are Firefox and Internet Explorer 6+, both of which are free). Rounded corners are done using the Nifty Corners script.

The site is pretty dark, but most of the points of interest are highly contrasted, so if you are ever lost, just squint your eyes.
